Request account deletion
You can request deletion of your PsychoSpace account and associated operational personal data. This request does not require reinstalling the app.
Fastest route: in the app
- Open Profile and Settings.
- Choose Account and Delete account.
- Confirm the request and review its status or cancel it during the grace period.
What happens next
We hold a verified in-app request for 30 days so you can cancel it.
During that period, account access is limited to the deletion-status screen and support.
For this web form, support verifies your identity before processing; submitting it never deletes an account automatically.
Data handling
Operational account data is removed when deletion is completed.
Some records may need to be retained or anonymized where law, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or healthcare documentation duties require it. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
