Only you and therapists you explicitly share access with can decrypt your content. PsychoSpace itself cannot access your encrypted data — we practice a zero-trust architecture. For video sessions, all communication is encrypted in transit.

We provide full data export in machine-readable JSON format, account deletion with a 30-day grace period, and end-to-end encryption for all sensitive data. Therapists are verified and must use multi-factor authentication. Your privacy and security are our top priorities.

We take data security extremely seriously. All journal entries and clinical notes use end-to-end encryption (XSalsa20-Poly1305). Multi-factor authentication is required for therapists accessing patient data — enforced at the database level via Row-Level Security policies. Our AI tools use prompt injection guards and PII redaction before any content reaches the LLM. We are fully GDPR compliant, and all data is stored within the EU.
